“Dan is a fantastic trainer, he helps a lot of group trainees and is very knowledgable in all the lifts and training. You should use him on a regular basis to establish your training program and to move forward on your quest to be as fit as you can be.” Bill Kazmaier, 3x World’s Strongest Man
My unique career position has me helping those who spend most of their day sitting and suffer the joint and postural issues associated with it. This means I’ve seen a great deal of painful backs, knees, and shoulders.
I take an absolute no-nonsense approach to training programs and coaching. This means striking a balance between functional movements and the basic old school exercises that stand the test of time. It’s important to move well and move right, but at the end of the day we need to sweat and work hard to get where we want!
I’ve been able to work with and help hundreds of people from 14 to 86 years of age through lunch and learns, seminars, small and large group fitness classes, and personal training.
I’m lucky in that I’ve been able to focus on the genuine quality of my service without the pressures and pitfalls of working a big box commercial gym!
