Group Training

Your most effective option is joining our group training program.

Our Lil’s Group program combines affordability and community benefits, with the added bonus of completely custom and continuously evolving personal programs.

We designed our Lil’s Group program to include everything you need to achieve your goals. When you join our group training program, you’ll receive a free personal training session which allows you to hit the ground running and gives us a chance to assess your starting point. After that, we’ll create a completely custom training and nutrition program to get you started.

From there, you’ll be coached through every workout with regular updates regarding every aspect of your plan, to ensure constant improvement.

You have two options when joining our group training program.

The first is our 2x per week membership which is $43/wk. The second is our best value, unlimited access membership for $57/wk. Both options include all of the features and benefits above and have no contract or commitment.

Personal training is the gold standard of coaching. 100% custom and focused solely on you. There is no faster way to achieve your goal than working 1-on-1 with a Lil’s Gym coach.

A single personal training session is $60 and packages of 10 are discounted to $500.

Interested In Online Coaching?

Want to work with a Lil’s Coach but can’t make it to the gym? We offer a limited number of online coaching spots for clients in your situation. Working with a Lil’s Coach online means you get the same world class programming, nutrition plans and support, all via email and messenger apps. We also offer technical breakdowns and coaching via self-shot videos you send in.
